We staff twenty-one clinics throughout the state of New Mexico in both urban and suburban environments, and our team is growing. . Summary:
Provider cares for patients, by providing outpatient, primary care services. Provider will lead and work collaboratively with a team, including nurses, medical assistants, case and care managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacist clinicians, and clerical staff to provide care to patients. The position requires regular communication and collaboration with others.

MD/DO trained in Family Medicine. New Mexico license required along with Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration.
